Hole punches
Hole punches are a tool that can replace the grinding of conical surfaces, which are more problematic to grind than holes. The working principle of the burnishers is that the surface that needs to be made slightly rough is burnished by the precision rollers used in the burnisher, which work the surface evenly by putting the tool into rotary motion.
The advantages of this solution are:
- Machining with dogfins is faster than grinding.
- It is not necessary to set up the grinder for chamfer grinding.
- Very good surface quality is achieved.
- The use of dogfins reduces machining costs compared to grinding.

Broaches and pushers
On request, we manufacture broaches and pushers with the dimensions shown in the tables (to be downloaded below).
We also provide sharpening and reconditioning services for broaches.
If you are interested in making a broaching machine, please send us your enquiry together with a drawing of the tool, or a drawing of the workpiece, or a description including the type of broaching machine, broaching length, type of workpiece material.
Special milling cutters, drills and reamers are made to order.
We have the option to do tool coverage.
